I set a stop-loss, but it was completely useless—the account got liquidated directly, and all the principal was gone! I asked customer service, and they replied, "The spread was too large, making the stop-loss invalid"—this is clearly a scam!
After depositing I was told I had to trade 700 lots before I could withdraw. Customer service claimed this was “to build trading discipline” and recommended only very high-leverage instruments. With just USD 5,000 in my account I was pushed into trading 20 lots of gold and was liquidated after two swings. My withdrawal request has been pending for ten days and customer service only says it is “in process”. The trade records show huge slippage on those forced trades. I have contacted Bank Negara Malaysia.
This platform’s slippage hurt me badly. At exactly 10:00 on 30 July the market was calm, yet both my buy and sell orders slipped 5 points. My sell order was a limit order and it was filled early. Other platforms showed nothing like that spread. Customer service first blamed my network, then called it an “industry standard”. When I asked for the liquidity data at that moment, they could not produce it. A fixed pattern of slippage like this looks like manipulation in the back office.
Exness’s technical failure did real damage. On the morning of 7 April everyone running EAs on the Real9 server was hit: my MT4 interface froze completely and I could not even close manually. The platform still claims it was a “network environment problem”, but I use a professional VPS on a wired connection with a stable ping throughout. The timing was suspicious, exactly when the market was most volatile; screenshots in a group chat showed other servers trading normally. After the liquidation, customer service just pasted the disclaimer that “technical failures are not compensated”.

Three of my gold orders at Equiti were liquidated. Gold did rise at the Monday open on 4 December, but no major platform quoted above 2185, while they liquidated me at 2186+. CME futures data did not even break 2183. When I asked for their hedging records and regulatory proof, they ignored me. I deposited more than 5 million in total on this platform. Their quotes were clearly out of line with the international market. I have kept all trade records and market data comparisons.
I am an ordinary investor and opened an FXGT account on 26 July 2024, believing the platform was legitimate. A few days later I had made several successful trades and earned a profit of USD 1,150. When I tried to withdraw it, the platform without warning deducted all the funds in my MT5 account and even deleted all trade records and my user ID. Worse, it accused me of fraudulent behaviour, ignoring the facts. This destroyed my trust in the platform. Without any notice or explanation, FXGT reversed all my trades and confiscated the profit in full, and it also locked my MT5 account so I cannot look up any trade details…
I deposited USD 3,000 and used an agent’s copy-trading service running a martingale strategy, which doubled the balance. When I applied to withdraw, the platform blocked it.
My account number is 80041883. After trading EUR/USD on 2 December last year I found all my orders had severe slippage, causing losses and preventing me from closing. The platform does not allow video uploads, but I recorded a slippage test on 3 December and still saw severe slippage, including on closing orders, while the market was not moving at all. As a responsible investor I followed the rules after registering with FXGT. Yet the platform closed my account and confiscated my funds without any warning or reason. Although I made no mistakes or abnormal trades, they refused to give any explanation or the relevant trade IDs. My deposit and profits were taken and cannot be withdrawn. I am deeply disappointed: as a long-time user I had trusted FXGT and had withdrawn successfully many times without any warnings or issues.
